• Shipping from US warehouse:
  It will take you nearly 2-5 business days to get our product via standard free delivery. Include item models:  X5, S6, S8, X1, miniSUN1, X2
• Shipping from Germany warehouse:
  It will take you nearly 2-5 business days to get our product via standard free delivery. Include item models: X1

Note: When choosing the DHL or other Express Delivery way, sometimes you will need to pay for customs fees.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
